Control System
The hardware is controlled by the original Omron high-speed motion PLC+7-inch touch screen; the software is designed and produced by senior experts from Omron.

exercise system
The hardware adopts HIWIN ball type linear high-speed guide rail, which is stable and reliable in operation, corrosion-resistant, long service life, and convenient for maintenance and repair; the motor adopts Panasonic AS servo control, which has high operating accuracy and sensitive response.

Spraying device
The nozzle movement adopts the traditional single-axis back and forth movement, and the needle valve switch of the nozzle is controlled by PLC to assist the welding area.

Flux selectivity
Coating, what has changed is a control method of spraying.
The nozzle adopts the original Japanese Lumina nozzle, and the liquid control air pressure and spray = pressure are independently controlled, which makes it easier to achieve the ideal spraying effect, and can quickly control the outflow of the spray liquid at the nozzle outlet, avoiding the waste of flux and the phenomenon of backflow air.
